What I want to know about my topic

I already know good knowledge about my topic but there are some other interesting things about kidnapping such as:

•  What's the purpose of kidnapping?
•  Where is the most common places kidnappers take place?
•  Where is the most common places people get kidnapped?
•  What is the common result of getting kidnapped?
•  What are the consequences for the kidnappers when they get caught?

What I already know about my topic

What I already know about kidnapping is that it can happen to anybody for no reason. The kidnaper don't even have to know you. I know that it can happen any place and time. I also know that 50/50 % of the people who gets kidnapped is usually dead. But some are blessed to be alive. I know that you can be kidnapped by forced or either gun point. Most of the time when someone get kidnapp they'll be locked in a room or a basement for a long period of time. They be locked down there without eating or drinking things for days.Also they miss out on school. So if kidnapper do let them go they will be so terrified and parnoid until it comes to the point to were they have to go to therapy to get help. I also know that kidnapping is a terrifying thing to go through.

The Story Behind My Topic

The main reason I choose the topic kidnapping is because it is something that happens everyday in this world. I really want to find out why would people want to kidnap little kids and adults.But kidnapping really caught my attention when I saw these two lifetime movie "Taking In Broad Daylight" and the others I can't remeber. "Taking In Broad Daylight" caught my attention because I realize that it can happen any time or place. This movie was about A teenager girl who just left home with her brother that just came home. She left home to go buy a CD. As she was walking out the store she droped her CD beside her car and as she was picking it up the man knocked her out and put her in the car. Then just drove off like it was nothing. Well back home where her parents and brother was they just thought she was over at a friend house. When it got kind of late they called over there and tell her to come home but she wasnt over there. So they decide to call her phone,but she didn't pick up because the kidnaper threw her phone away while she was knock out. But then she finally woke up and started asking question. When she did that he held her at gun point. She  tried to find help when she was at an gas station but nobody really paid her any attention. When they got few miles down the road the kidnaper flip the car into the pond. The kidnaper got out. But the girl couldn't because she was stuck in here seat belt. He started running but when she started screaming help and coughing real bad he decide to help her. After that he found another car and stole it. While he was hotwiring the car she left little trails behind so the police would find her. The kidnapper took her to this abanded house and told her to stay there. When the police found her the kidnaper held her at gun point and threaten her. The girl persuade him that she was gone tell the police to not shoot. They didn't shoot,but soon as she open the door ran to her dad friend who was a police and they arrested the man. The girl went back home to her family and didn't hardly go no where alone again. The other movies was about little kids who was just outside their house riding their bike and this white van would stop and kidnap them. They parent would do they all to find them. When they did, they found them dead. These movies was kind of a wake up called. Saying don't go no where alone because you don't know who's out there watching you.
